Because going to the beach with kids is not, I repeat not, anything like a day at the beach.

You are so very right that a day at the beach with your kids is not actually a day at the beach. We had our 8 and 10 yr old girls and my sister was there with her 4 yr old. That was a lot of work but of course so worth it in every way! As always, I really enjoy your blog and look forward to each new post whether it is a personal or political topic.
