Let’s face it: A group of people should neither vote for nor against a man because of his skin color. It was wrong when black people were discriminated against, and it’s wrong now when they are elevated not on their character or abilities, but on that skin color that once held them down.

Barack Obama was not elected President of the United States in spite of his skin color, but precisely because of it. It’s obvious in the number-one criticism by liberals of the tea party: Racists. Because they voted for Obama because of race, we obviously voted against him because of race.

Funny, I thought his race was American.

Republicans fell into the same trap of identity politics when they electedMichael Steele to be the Chairman of the Republican National Committee (RNC). I’m told that Mr. Steele is a very nice man, and I have no reason not to believe it. I’m sure the President is a nice man as well. However, neither one seems to have a clue how to do his job.

    Oh, and if your still reading your other blog where I found the link to this website, then this entry may sound a little redundant. But hey, why not be redundant about the freedom that we all love so dearly. I agree completely with you. Thank you again and again. I believe the same as you and I was started to think that their weren’t others out there with similar views. There is!!! (I should have known their is, it was my bad for not thinking that humans are, in general, full of good and always tend to do whats right). But anyways. I agree. Thank!! :)

    Joe Watkins is being seriously thought about to replace Michael Steele as RNC Chair in 2011. People are watching his campaign for the Republican nomination for Pennsylvania Lt. Gov (he did not win) video which is all over the place and are asking questions about how he makes things happen in there. He’s certainly a hot item right now in the state. Maybe beyond all things superficial, Watkins might help Republicans get the message right:
