My how have times have changed, even if the SEALS did punch him, while arresting him, they guy is SUPER lucky to be alive. SOF operators are the most disciplined troops on the planet - and that is the ONLY reason he is alive. The JAG Corps of the USN should feel disgraced, I wish Harmon Rabb could defend these SEALS - as he would surely get to the bottom of the hypocrisy of this mess. And, kudos to them for requesting a courts martial instead of NJP - of course, I wouldn't expect anything less from USN SEALS! Semper Fi.
